The Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn has always been the primary leader in California for both beginning and advanced Golden Dawn studies. Our Order is an orginal Order. We were not built from a schism or oath breaking action from another group. There is much conteversy about how initiation in a schismatic Order or Temple could affect the initiate. Some believe that receiving initiation from a schismatic leader or Temple, could be spiritually damaging to the aspirant. We agree!
There are many hinderances to the spiritual growth of a student. Choosing the right Order and going forward with magical studies is vital, but only if there is strong belief in the Magical Tradition.
Students of our Order are taught to test all things for " Light." If it was truth 10 years ago, 100 years
ago or 1000 years ago, it is truth today.

We suggest that you believe in yourself and in your connection to Divine Source. Then believe in the tradition of the Ancients, Lastly believe that your Holy Guardian Angel will lead you to your path.
